Khotyn National Nature Park

The protected area stretches along 160 kilometers of the Dniester River Canyon, featuring steep slopes and diverse geological formations with depths reaching 200 meters.

The park's territory, established in 2010, contains evidence of Neanderthal settlements and witnessed numerous historical events including early Slavic ceremonies.

Educational programs within the park focus on environmental protection while providing visitors with insights into local biodiversity and conservation methods.

The park maintains multiple hiking trails and campsites, offering access points from nearby cities including Chernivtsi, Kamianets-Podilskyi, and Ternopil.

The Shumylo waterfall, measuring 34 meters in height, stands as the tallest waterfall in the Bukovyna region within the park boundaries.
