Maraslis's House

Maraslis's House is a two-story structure on Italiiska Street with symmetrical facade patterns and classical decorative elements typical of 1850s design. The building displays regular proportions and refined details that define its architectural character.

The building was completed in 1856 as the residence of Grigorios Maraslis, a major figure in the city's development. Its construction occurred during a period when Odesa was establishing itself as an important European port city.
