The Karaite National Cemetery is a burial ground with approximately 715 gravestones distributed across several levels on Pozharova Street. The monuments are connected by staircases and pathways that wind through the terrain.

The cemetery was founded in 1856 following the Crimean War to serve the Karaite community. It remained in use until 1965 when the Sevastopol City Council closed it.

The gravestones display religious inscriptions in Hebrew and Russian that reflect the beliefs and traditions of the Karaite people. These markers tell the story of a community that maintained its faith and language across generations.

Access is from Pozharova Street, where visitors encounter uneven terrain with staircases that require sturdy footwear and careful footing. Many inscriptions on the stones have weathered over time, so close observation is worthwhile.
