Mount Arvon, Highest peak in Michigan

Previously, Mount Curwood was thought to be the tallest before accurate measurements in 1982 declared Mount Arvon taller.
Mount Arvon is part of the Huron Mountains range and holds cultural significance to local communities.
A two-track road leads visitors to a parking area near the summit with a short walk to reach the top.
An official sign and a logbook for visitors are found at the summit, inspiring hikers to record their accomplishment.
