Goshen

Goshen is a county seat in northern Indiana that stretches along the Elkhart River. Several parks and bike paths run through the town, while educational institutions and manufacturing sites shape its urban character.

A severe tornado struck the town in April 1965, destroying much of the existing infrastructure. After this natural disaster, the community overhauled its emergency plans and warning systems.
