One57, Skyscraper in New York City
One57, formerly known as Carnegie 57, is a 75-story skyscraper at 157 West 57th Street between Sixth and Seventh Avenues in the Midtown neighborhood of Manhattan, New York City.
Upon completion in 2014, it stood at 1,005 feet (306 m) tall, making it the tallest residential building in the city for a few months until the completion of 432 Park Avenue.
The tower has extra-tall ceilings and multiple mezzanines, among them a private function room, a performance space, a library, and 'Park Hyatt's Living Room'.
The building's amenities include a pool, a private dining room, a library, a screening room, performance spaces, and a health club.
One57 was the first ultra-luxury condominium tower to rise on what has since become known as Billionaires' Row.
