America's Response Monument is a life-and-a-half scale bronze statue in Liberty Park overlooking the National September 11 Memorial & Museum in New York City.

Unveiled on October 20, 2011, it commemorates the Special Forces of the United States military response to the September 11 attacks.

The monument represents De Oppresso Liber, the motto of the U.S. Army Special Forces, meaning 'To Free the Oppressed'.

The monument is located in Liberty Park, which is open from 6 AM to 11 PM daily.

It is also known as the Horse Soldier Statue due to the soldier being depicted on horseback.
