Les Jolies Eaux

Les Jolies Eaux is a six-bedroom villa positioned on Mustique's southernmost peninsula with views stretching toward the Caribbean. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, and the property sits on its own secluded stretch of land.

Oliver Messel designed and built this villa in 1971 for Princess Margaret, the Countess of Snowdon, as a private Caribbean retreat. The architect's work helped shape Mustique's development as a luxury destination during that era.

The villa incorporates local building materials and methods that reflect Caribbean construction traditions visible throughout its spaces. Walking through the rooms, you notice how these details connect the place to the island's heritage.

A team of five staff members manages the property to handle guests' needs during stays. Natural easterly trade winds keep the indoor spaces cool and comfortable without relying heavily on air conditioning.

The property includes multiple bedroom arrangements with king, queen, twin, and bunk bed configurations to accommodate different group sizes. This flexible sleeping setup allows guests to organize rooms based on their specific travel needs.
