Oliver Messel designed and constructed this villa in 1971 specifically for Princess Margaret, the Countess of Snowdon, as her private Caribbean residence.

The villa incorporates Caribbean architectural elements with local materials, reflecting the traditional building methods of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.

Five staff members provide services while the natural easterly trade winds maintain comfortable temperatures throughout the living spaces and bedrooms.

The property occupies its own peninsula, containing multiple bedroom configurations including king, queen, twin, and bunk beds for different group arrangements.
