Hà Tĩnh

Hà Tĩnh is a provincial city in the North Central Coast region of Vietnam and serves as the administrative hub for its province. The city spreads across relatively flat terrain near the Gulf of Tonkin, featuring a mix of urban districts and suburban areas that form the regional center for government and commerce.
