Museum Engelandvaarders, World War II resistance museum in Noordwijk aan Zee, Netherlands
Museum Engelandvaarders exhibits documents, photographs, and personal belongings of Dutch citizens who fled to England during World War II occupation.
The museum, established in 2015, commemorates over 2000 Dutch individuals who crossed the North Sea using small boats to reach England between 1940 and 1945.
The exhibits present detailed accounts of Dutch resistance members who joined British forces and later participated in the liberation of the Netherlands.
Located at Bosweg 15, the museum opens Wednesday through Sunday from 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with adult tickets priced at 9 euros.
The museum features an escape game experience where participants solve puzzles based on actual Engelandvaarders escape routes until October 2025.
