One McKinley Place

One McKinley Place is a 44-story residential skyscraper in Bonifacio Global City featuring contemporary design with glass and concrete elements. The tower reaches 149 meters tall and houses multiple residential units along with shared facilities for residents.

Construction of this residential tower began in 1997, was paused temporarily, and resumed in 2002. The building opened in 2004.
