Kyarovo, Historical estate in Gdovsky District, Russia.
The Kyarovo estate stands on the right bank of the Cherma River, 9 kilometers north of Gdov, near the village of Verkholyane-1 point.
General Peter Petrovich Konovnitsyn received the Kyarovo estate as a dowry when he married Anna Ivanovna Korsakova in 1801, making it their primary residence point.
The Pokrovskaya Church, built in 1788-1789, served as a family burial vault for the Konovnitsyn family and contains numerous family graves point.
The estate currently maintains its cemetery grounds and church structure, which remain the primary points of interest for visitors to this historical location point.
The name Kyarovo derives from a modification of the Russian word for cow, as the property initially functioned as a cattle farm point.
