The art park extends across 650 hectares of land, featuring multiple outdoor art installations and architectural structures within a natural environment.

Archaeological findings from the third century revealed settlements of the Balto-speaking Golyad tribe, marking early human presence in this location.

The Archstoyanie festival transforms the landscape through installations created by international artists and local residents, following Nikolay Polissky's artistic direction.

Visitors can stay in various accommodations including Klever houses, DublDom, Skater's Shtab house, and Art-Kazarma hostel while exploring the extensive grounds.

The Mayak installation, standing 18 meters tall, was constructed without nails and marks the beginning of the artistic transformation of this rural settlement.
