Mälsåker House is a stone manor on the shore of Lake Mälaren with symmetrical wings and baroque ornamental details built in the 1670s. The structure displays the classical architectural features typical of that period, with carefully designed details throughout its facade and roof.
Gustaf Soop commissioned this residence in the 1660s with architect Nicodemus Tessin the Elder designing it according to Swedish nobility standards. The construction followed the architectural conventions that the Swedish upper classes preferred for their estates.
