Prasat Muang Tam, Archaeological site in Prakhon Chai, Thailand
Prasat Muang Tam is an archaeological site in Prakhon Chai in northeastern Thailand preserving the remains of a temple compound from the 10th to 11th centuries. The grounds contain a central cluster of rectangular shrines with surrounding galleries and several platform levels.
The compound originated during Khmer rule as a religious center for Hindu rituals. Later additions took place over several decades and included water systems to supply the ritual pools.

A walking path leads over preserved stone walkways between the ruins and allows access to most sections of the grounds. Visitors should wear sturdy footwear as uneven surfaces and loose masonry occur frequently.
Stone reliefs on the door lintels depict dancing figures and mythological scenes in fine detail. These carvings rank among the best-preserved examples from this era in the region.
