Neil Armstrong Air and Space Museum

The Neil Armstrong Air and Space Museum is a space exploration museum in Wapakoneta that tells the story of human spaceflight from its earliest days to today. Inside, visitors see actual spacecraft, astronaut suits, and objects from missions to the moon and beyond.

The museum opened in 1972 to preserve the legacy of space exploration and honor the achievement of Ohio's famous astronaut. The collection documents several decades of human spaceflight history and its most important milestones.
