Harvard Square, Public square in Cambridge, Massachusetts
Harvard Square is a triangular plaza at the intersection of Massachusetts Avenue, Brattle Street, and John F. Kennedy Street.
It is named after Harvard University, which was founded there in 1636.
The square is a popular gathering place for students, locals, and tourists, featuring numerous shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues.
The Harvard Square subway station provides easy access to the area.
The Out of Town News kiosk, an iconic symbol of Harvard Square, has been a landmark since 1984.
