Buildings at 1200-1206 Washington Street, National Register historic buildings in Hoboken, United States.

The Buildings at 1200-1206 Washington Street consist of a five-story complex with 174 living units between 12th and 13th Streets in Hoboken.

Built in the 1890s under architect Charles Fall's direction, these buildings were added to the National Register of Historic Places on March 9, 1987.

The residential complex, known as Yellow Flats, housed notable figures including Hetty Green, one of the wealthiest women of her time, and musician Blind Tom Wiggins.

The structures occupy 0.9 acres along Washington Street's commercial district, featuring multiple residential entrances and corner-wrapping apartment layouts.

Hetty Green, while residing here, used her pet Skye terrier's name, C. Dewey, on her apartment buzzer to maintain privacy from tax officials.
