Torre Realia BCN, Office skyscraper in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat, Spain.

The Torre Realia BCN reaches 112 meters with 24 floors, featuring four glazed facades that extend from floor to ceiling with modular curtain walls.

Construction of the Torre Realia BCN started in June 2006 and finished in June 2009, marking the transformation of the Plaça d'Europa business district.

Japanese architect Toyo Ito designed this building, incorporating elements of modern architecture within the Catalonian urban landscape of L'Hospitalet de Llobregat.

The building contains 29,280 square meters of office space divided into floors of 1,330 square meters each, with eight elevators serving the structure.

The tower stands next to Hotel Porta Fira, creating an architectural ensemble that defines the skyline of the Granvia district.
