Torre Realia BCN

Torre Realia BCN is a 24-story office building that reaches 112 meters high and features floor-to-ceiling glazed facades across all four sides. The structure contains roughly 1.330 square meters of office space per floor and is served by eight elevators throughout.

Construction started in 2006 and finished in 2009, marking a major redevelopment of the Plaça d'Europa business district. The project emerged during a period of strong growth in office spaces across the region.

The Japanese architect Toyo Ito shaped this structure with modern design principles that reflect contemporary business culture in Catalonia. His approach remains visible in how the building stands apart from its surroundings through its clean lines and glass surfaces.

The location within the Granvia business district makes it easy to spot from the surrounding area, and the extensive elevator system ensures smooth movement across all levels. Keep in mind this is a private building with access typically limited to business-related visits.
