Sant Llorenç de Morunys, Medieval mountain municipality in Solsonès, Spain
Sant Llorenç de Morunys stands at 925 meters elevation at the foot of Port del Comte mountain range, next to the Cardener River.
The town preserves its medieval structure with an irregular pentagon-shaped wall enclosure containing four original portals and an eleventh-century Romanesque church.
The municipality earned the name Sant Llorenç de los Piteus due to its textile industry specializing in the production of piteu cloth.
The L-401 road connects the municipality to Coll de Nargó and Berga, while numerous hiking trails provide access to natural areas.
The Mola de Lord enclave features the Sanctuary of Lord, positioned between the municipalities of Guixers and Navès.
