Villa romana de Pared de los Moros, Archaeological site in Niharra, Spain.
Located on the banks of the Adaja River, this Roman villa features walls made of opus caementicium reaching heights of two meters in certain sections.
The site contains evidence of Bronze Age occupation, with several storage pits dating back to the Middle Bronze period between 1500-1200 BCE.
Archaeological excavations revealed common pottery remains, late imperial coins, and a necropolis containing glass objects and bones from the 3rd-4th centuries.
The archaeological site stands one kilometer west of Niharra's urban center on protected municipal land accessible for research and educational purposes.
A late imperial tomb with tegulas discovered during the 1984 excavations now forms part of the permanent collection at the Museum of Ávila.
