The organization maintains three principal religious figures: Cristo de San Agustín, Jesús Nazareno de las Penas, and Nuestra Madre y Señora de la Consolación.
The confraternity holds its main procession on Holy Monday, starting from the Santo Ángel Custodio Monastery and traveling through central Granada.
The brotherhood's motto 'A Peste nos Curat' references its founding purpose during the 1679 plague outbreak.
