Located at Emili Camps I Gallego Street 2 behind Benicalap Park, the building undergoes restoration to become the headquarters of the Consell de l'Horta.
The property includes a private chapel and maintains its original irrigation system from the acequia de Tormos, connecting it to Valencia's agricultural heritage.
