Church of San Martín

The Church of San Martín is a Romanesque church in Arévalo featuring two distinctive Mudéjar-style towers. The older tower displays a notable chessboard pattern on its upper portion, while the interior preserves Romanesque capitals and Baroque altarpieces.

The church was founded in the 12th century as a burial and gathering place for the Tapia family knights. The two towers were built in different periods, showing how the structure was modified and expanded across generations.
