The San Nicolas de Bari church contains a central nave with five sections and a semicircular header, measuring approximately 20 meters in length.
The original Romanesque temple from the 12th century was rebuilt in the 18th century due to significant flooding from the Mediavilla River.
The medieval tympanum depicts God the Father within a mandorla holding a child, surrounded by Tetramorph symbols representing the four evangelists.
The church structure includes a 17th-century square tower topped with an octagonal section and a bulbous lead spire.
King Sancho VII of Navarre received temporary burial at this church before his remains were transferred to Roncesvalles two years later.
