The Palace of Infante Don Luis displays red brick walls and granite stone elements across its three-story rectangular structure with multiple decorative pediments.
Built between 1763 and 1765 under the direction of Infante Luis of Spain, brother of King Charles III, the palace incorporated an existing Two Towers structure.
The palace functioned as a residence for Italian composer Luigi Boccherini, who created musical works while under the protection of Infante Don Luis.
The palace maintains regular opening hours for visitors and offers guided tours through its decorated rooms, gardens, and the restored chapel with Corinthian details.
During the Spanish Civil War, the palace endured substantial damage and lost numerous art pieces before its declaration as a National Monument in 1974.
