Singular Building, High-rise building in the First Expansion district, Pamplona, Spain.
The Singular Building consists of three connected towers rising above giant pillars, with two pentagonal residential towers reaching fifteen floors and a lower office tower.
Construction began in 1971 following the acquisition of military land between the moat walls and Pío XII Avenue by Pamplona City Council for urban development.
The structure represents an architectural experiment from the 1970s that integrated multiple urban functions into compact spaces above the historic city walls.
The building contains residential apartments, office spaces, and commercial areas on the lower levels, all connected through an innovative elevator system.
The towers feature a communal garden space on the eighth floor, while their angular design creates different visual perspectives from various points in the city.
