Centro Dotacional Integrado Arganzuela is a municipal community center in the Arganzuela district featuring three floors and multiple function rooms. The building includes a lecture hall with 151 seats, eight classrooms, a study area, and a rooftop swimming pool.

The building was designed and built in the 1970s as Madrid's South Bus Station. Rising demand saturated its capacity, so the station moved to a peripheral site near the M-30, designed by architect R. Torrelo and opened in July 1997. In January 1998 the city approved Special Plan A.P.E. 02.21 to convert the old building into a sports center; Inca Arquitectos won the 1998 competition, and works ran from July 1999 to March 2001.

The center serves the neighborhood as a gathering place for events and artistic activities, with regular concerts and exhibitions throughout the year. Visitors experience a dynamic program that brings the community together and showcases local talent.

The facility is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 to 13:00 and 17:00 to 18:30, with shorter hours from 10:00 to 14:00 during summer. It is best to verify opening times before visiting, especially during holiday periods.

The rooftop pool was a requirement written into the May 1998 design competition, before any architect was chosen. The winning team, Inca Arquitectos (Federico Wulff Barreiro, Juan Manuel Herranz Molina, Marta Parra Casado, Laila Arias Hofman), built it during works that ran from July 1999 to March 2001.
