Rancho Texas Park, Water park and animal sanctuary in Tías, Spain

Rancho Texas Park is a zoo in Puerto del Carmen, on Lanzarote, built on a Texas theme that refers to the founding of San Antonio by colonists from Lanzarote. It belongs to its founder, Nicolás López Ramírez, and has held a dolphinarium with four bottlenose dolphins since November 2016. Other animals kept there include white tigers, North American bison, pumas, California sea lions, maned sea lions, Komodo dragons, Nile crocodiles, Seychelles giant tortoises, parrots and birds of prey, as well as many domestic animals.

Rancho Texas Park is owned by its founder, Nicolás López Ramírez, and takes its Texas theme from the Lanzarote colonists who founded San Antonio, the second city of that state. In November 2016 the park added one of the four dolphinariums of the Canary Islands, presenting four bottlenose dolphins. It is not a member of the European Association of Zoos and Aquaria.
