Punta del Faro

Punta del Faro is a shingle beach on the northern coast of Gran Canaria with a length of about 85 meters. The shoreline consists of pebbles and rocky formations that define its character.

The region contains archaeological sites that indicate the presence of ancient Canarian settlements. These findings show that the area has served as a coastal settlement zone since early times.

Access is via the GC-202 road with parking areas near the beach. The shore is easy to reach, but the rocky surface requires sturdy footwear.
