Aino Acktén huvila

The wooden villa structure stands among trees near the Baltic Sea coast, featuring traditional Nordic architectural elements with a symmetrical design and large windows.

Built in 1877 by architect Theodor Decker for Emilie af Lindfors, the villa later became the residence of Finnish opera singer Aino Ackté until 1944.

The City of Helsinki transformed the building into a chamber music venue in 1988, continuing its connection to musical heritage through performances and events.

The villa serves as a cultural center within Tullisaari Park, accessible by walking paths and offering views of the surrounding maritime landscape.
