Villa Kleineh, Empire-style villa in Kaivopuisto, Finland
Villa Kleineh stands on Itäinen Puistotie 7 as a white classical residence with ornate architectural details and symmetrical facade features.
Built in 1840 by the Bath and Wellhouse Corporation, the villa initially served as accommodation for guests visiting the Ullanlinna bathhouses.
The structure represents Finnish Empire architecture and maintains protected status under national preservation laws since 1965.
The building functions as the Netherlands ambassador's residence and can be viewed from the surrounding public paths in Kaivopuisto park.
Local folklore tells of Maria Kleineh's spirit, the second wife of Louis Kleineh, moving through the villa and park grounds.
