Karhupuisto

Karhupuisto is a park in the Kallio neighborhood with a triangular layout and pathways that create different areas within the space. Benches and colorful flower beds define the look, while green areas invite people to sit and relax.

The park got its name in 1931 from a red granite statue showing a bear on an anthill. Artist Jussi Mäntynen created this figure, which gave the place its character.
