Pertteli church

Pertteli Church is a stone building in Salo that holds around 350 people, with chandeliers and traditional wooden benches inside. The complex includes a cemetery enclosed by stone walls and a space for choir performances.

Construction took place between 1500 and 1520, following earlier wooden structures from the 14th century when the Uskela parish first established religious services. This development shows how the site evolved from simple wooden beginnings to a permanent stone building.
