Château de Pont-de-Briques

Château de Pont-de-Briques is a castle in Saint-Léonard featuring a central building with two extending wings, surrounded by gardens laid out in classical French style. The layout shows the symmetrical arrangement typical of 18th-century residences, with formal gardens and defined outdoor spaces.

The castle served as Napoleon Bonaparte's headquarters from 1803 to 1805, where he directed military operations and issued numerous orders. This period left a lasting mark on the building, making it significant in European military history.
