Originally established in 1977 as the House of Arts and Leisure, the theater was renamed in 1983 to honor Edwige Feuillère, a renowned French actress.
The theater presents more than 100 performances annually, including the International Asian Film Festival in February and the Voice of Children Festival in May.
Located on Place Pierre Renet, the theater operates under national recognition status and maintains regular programming throughout the performance season.
In 2012, this venue became the first theater in France to receive official certification for children's voices and scenic space from the Ministry of Culture.
