Domfront en Poiraie

Domfront en Poiraie is a commune in the Orne department that spans approximately 165.49 square kilometers and encompasses several villages including Le Châtellier, Buais, and Saint-Front within the Normandie-Maine Regional Natural Park.

The commune was established on January 1, 2016, through the merger of the former communes of Domfront, La Haute-Chapelle, and Rouellé, creating a new administrative entity that combines their historical heritage and governance structures.
