Château de Siorac, Medieval castle in Siorac-en-Périgord, France.

The castle features a rectangular main building with two asymmetrical wings at right angles, reflecting centuries of architectural modifications.

The first written record of the manor dates to 1281, while the current structure was completed in the late eighteenth century under François-Antoine de Laverrie.

The castle now serves as the town hall of Siorac-en-Périgord and previously housed a museum dedicated to culinary arts and table settings.

Visitors can access historical archives about the castle at the Heritage and Photography Media Library in Charenton-le-Pont.

The site maintains original caves and masonry from its medieval predecessor, documenting its evolution from the Middle Ages to present day.
