Château de la Villeneuve-Jacquelot, Medieval castle in Quistinic, France

The castle features a rectangular layout with a semi-circular tower on the main facade and a substantial square tower on the rear facade.

The first written records of the castle as the seat of Villeneuve lordship date back to 1411, with jurisdiction extending over 27 parishes.

The castle hosts a book fair presenting works of poetry, local history, children's literature, and comics with different weekly themes.

Guided tours take place on Saturdays, Sundays, and Wednesdays at 3 PM during the book fair season.
