This residential complex spans addresses 401 to 413 on Breitenfurter Straße, organized in a U-shaped layout with shared green spaces and three-story buildings. The site includes a daycare center, commercial spaces beneath arcades, play areas, and apartment types with balconies, terraces, and private garden access.

Built between 1984 and 1987 by architects Peter Gebhardt, Robert Krier, and Hedwig Wachberger, this complex contains 323 residential units adapted to the site's topography. Stone sculptures by Robert Krier and Josefine Sokole were added between 1987 and 1988 to mark the location.

The buildings display classical design features with arched windows, pink stucco walls, and turquoise-trimmed windows that reflect Vienna's social housing tradition. These architectural details shape the character of the complex and connect functional living spaces with intentional design.

The site is easily accessible on foot with wide pathways between buildings and green rest areas throughout. The arcaded spaces under the buildings provide shelter in bad weather and allow smooth movement through different sections of the complex.

A circular temple-like structure marks the main entrance and creates a distinct focal point for accessing the site. This distinctive entry feature sets itself apart from the rest of the complex and gives the location a memorable landmark.
