The Jesuit Pharmacy occupies a two-story Baroque building with a collection of pharmaceutical artifacts, medical instruments, and traditional herbal remedies on display.
Constructed between 1700 and 1709, this pharmacy operated within the Jesuit Monastery complex and maintained connections with the first Medical Academy in Belarus territory.
The museum exhibits feature historical medical manuscripts, herbariums created by Eliza Orzeszkowa, and instruments related to King Stefan Batory's medical examinations.
The museum contains three distinct sections: a restored drugstore area, exhibition halls with historical collections, and a store selling medicinal herbs.
French botanist Jean-Emmanuel Gilibert conducted research at this pharmacy, contributing to the development of pharmaceutical sciences in Belarus and Lithuania.
