Salle Maurice-O'Bready

Salle Maurice-O'Bready is a performance hall at the Université de Sherbrooke's cultural center that seats more than 1,400 spectators across two levels. The main floor and upper gallery sections offer various sightlines for different event formats.

The hall underwent major renovations to upgrade its stage technology and technical systems for contemporary performances. These improvements modernized the overall infrastructure to support diverse event requirements.

The fourth largest performance hall in Quebec presents theater productions, concerts, circus performances, dance shows, and comedy acts throughout the year.

The hall provides wheelchair accessibility, private boxes for smaller groups, and multiple foyer spaces for various activities. These features allow visitors to move comfortably before and after performances.

Four spacious foyers and a lobby complement the main hall, enabling diverse events from press conferences to galas with flexible space configurations.
