Glen Echo Park, Former nudist community in King, Ontario, Canada.
Glen Echo Park was a former naturist community in Ontario with various leisure facilities on the grounds. The site included a children's swimming pool, playground, five-unit motel, and shower facilities surrounded by natural landscape.
The park was founded in 1955 by Marie and Eddie Todorowsky as a naturist club. It operated continuously until closing in October 2009.
Visitors experienced a community where people connected through shared activities and interests. Many members built their own small cabins on the grounds, creating personal retreats for themselves.
A large clubhouse built in 1974 allowed members to participate in activities year-round regardless of weather. The building provided shelter and space for gatherings during all seasons.
After closure, members received a court-granted one-year extension before having to vacate the grounds. This decision was later reversed, creating a surprising turn in the evacuation process.
