Complexe Jules Dallaire, Mixed-use towers on Boulevard Laurier, Canada
The Complexe Jules Dallaire is a pair of glass-clad towers in the Sainte-Foy-Sillery-Cap-Rouge district, rising approximately 75 and 120 meters into the skyline. The buildings contain residential apartments, offices, shops, and restaurants spread across multiple floors.
A motel previously occupied the site until 2007, when the Cominar Group purchased the land and started construction of the complex in 2008. The project transformed this area from a small hospitality building to a major high-rise development.
The complex houses residential units, financial institutions, law offices, and dining venues that reflect the modern business life of the city. This mix of functions shapes how the neighborhood functions on a daily basis.
The complex offers over 1,300 parking spaces across five underground levels and includes 14 elevators to move easily throughout the buildings. Visitors and residents can access facilities without difficulty regardless of which floor they need to reach.
The complex earned LEED Gold certification for meeting strict environmental standards in its design and operations. The distinctive blue-tinted glass facade with white and metallic accents makes it visually recognizable from across the neighborhood.
