Wat Srinagarindravararam, Buddhist temple and cultural center in Gretzenbach, Switzerland
The temple complex spans 3401 square meters and reaches a height of 25.7 meters through its Mondop tower structure.
Construction began in 1995 following a 1993 groundbreaking ceremony, with Princess Galyani Vadhana dedicating the temple in 2003.
The temple serves as an educational hub offering courses in Buddhist philosophy, Thai language, fruit carving, and Thai boxing.
The facility opens Monday through Friday from 13:30 to 18:00, providing meditation spaces and religious services for 25,000 Swiss Buddhists.
The temple received its name and financial support from Princess Srinagarindra, mother of Thailand's King Rama IX.
