Tomb of Li Shizhen, National heritage tomb in Qichun County, China.

The Tomb of Li Shizhen is in Qichun County, Huanggang, Hubei. Li Shizhen was buried in 1593 east of his parents' joint tomb. After 1949 the tomb was expanded into a memorial park with a stone archway, lotus pond, arched bridge and a statue of Li Shizhen; a memorial hall stands west of the park.

Li Shizhen died in 1593, during the Wanli reign of the Ming dynasty, and was buried east of his parents' joint tomb. In 1956 the site was listed as a Hubei provincial cultural relic under the name 'Li Shizhen's Former Residence and Tomb'. On 23 February 1982 the State Council designated the tomb itself a Major Historical and Cultural Site Protected at the National Level.

The tomb serves as a place of reverence for those who practice traditional Chinese medicine, honoring a physician whose work shaped healing methods across generations. Visitors experience how this site connects to the living practice of medicine in the region today.

The tomb lies in Qichun County, Huanggang, Hubei. The protected zone extends 60 m east, 500 m west, 60 m south and 150 m north of the grave, bounded by a wall. The memorial hall stands on the west side of the grounds.

The physician documented about 2000 different substances in his work, many of which were previously unknown or misunderstood. Pilgrims and scholars have traveled here across the centuries to learn from his legacy.
