Alte Mälzerei is a cultural center in Mosbach housed in a former malthouse with multiple spaces designed for theater, concerts, exhibitions, and community events. The building retains its original architecture while offering modern technical facilities and flexible room layouts for different purposes.

The Hübner private brewery built the malthouse in 1908 on what was then the edge of Mosbach. Malt for beer production was processed here until the 1960s, and the brewery closed in 1980. The listed brick building stood unused until renovation in the late 1990s, and the cultural and conference centre opened in 1997, replacing the outdated Stadthalle as the district's main venue.

The name Alte Mälzerei refers to its former use as a malthouse, where malt was processed for the Hübner brewery until the 1960s. Today it hosts cultural events, show and theater guest performances, concerts, slide lectures, trade fairs and comedy acts, and can be rented by clubs and for private celebrations.

A small park in front of the building links the old town and the parking decks with the entrance; vehicles reach the forecourt and loading zone via a side street. The main entrance, cloakrooms and a restaurant are on the lower foyer level, reached by a large staircase and a lift. The upper foyer has a bar and the stairs to the gallery.

The former hop cellar can be rented as a party cellar, and the stage lift in the great hall is rated for 1800 kg. The lower foyer reaches into the old brick building, so visitors pass through the historic structure on the way to the cloakrooms and restaurant.
