Köpenick Palace, Baroque palace on an island in Treptow-Köpenick, Germany
The three-story palace stands on an island in the Dahme River, featuring ornate stucco decorations and an English-style surrounding park.
Frederick I of Prussia reconstructed the structure from 1677, transforming a Renaissance hunting lodge into an expanded residence with his wife Elizabeth Henrietta.
The palace houses the Museum of Decorative Arts, displaying Renaissance, Baroque, and Rococo period collections across twenty-one exhibition rooms.
Visitors can access the palace from April through September between Wednesday and Sunday, while winter hours run Thursday through Sunday.
The restored heraldic room presents authentic interior designs, decorative ornaments, silverware, and furniture reflecting noble lifestyles from the 16th century.
