Luisenhain, Riverside park in Köpenick, Germany
The park stretches along the Dahme River from Dammbrücke to Lange Brücke, featuring wide promenades and mature trees near Köpenick Town Hall.
Local merchant Karl Otto Asseburg donated the land in 1906 to create a public garden named after his sister Luise, with official inauguration in 1908.
The concrete sculpture 'Die sich Erhebende' by Ingeborg Hunzinger stands in the park since 1987, representing an important piece of Berlin public art.
The park includes multiple restaurants with water views, children's play areas, exercise equipment, and a dock for boat tours to Müggelsee and Treptow.
Four broad staircases with natural stone paving and bronze inlays lead visitors directly to the water's edge, connecting the park with the river.
