The Bundeslehr- und Forschungsstätte der DLRG Berlin is a training facility with a diving tower located in Berlin's Spandau district. The site contains a tower structure filled with 31 cubic meters of water rising 12 meters high, plus a separate pressure chamber for decompression and emergency medical care.

Plans for this center began in the 1960s when the German Life Saving Association established a dedicated facility for water rescue training in Berlin. The institution grew into one of the country's leading places for teaching professional rescue diving.

This training center draws rescue divers from across the region who come to practice emergency response techniques in controlled water conditions. The facility buzzes with the focused activity of people preparing for real-world rescue operations.

The diving tower simulates deep-water conditions, allowing divers to train safely in realistic environments. The on-site pressure chamber means emergency patients can receive immediate treatment without leaving the facility.

The pressure chamber can receive patients directly from mobile rescue chambers without losing pressure, which is life-saving for decompression emergencies. This system is one of the few of its kind in Central Europe and plays a vital role in emergency medical care.
